What a perfect early 1940s swing dance outfit!  Lightweight light blue rayon with a gorgeous daisy print in brown and mustard yellow.  The scoop neck has a ruffle accent.  Subtly puffed short sleeves.  Nipped waist with a peplum below.  The top closes with a side metal zipper.  The gored skirt is A-line and closes with size snaps.
