Wow! a Vintage Lillie Rubin cocktail dress from the 1980s in luscious stretch velvet in jet black, with wild and craaaazee white pleated taffeta quasi-Elizabethan collar and cuffs- talk about a statement dress! It has an open back with a large rhinestone button collar. Rita Moreno wore one with similar ruffled neckline at the 2024 Oscars!
